1. Orders and quotes
kktckart offers custom NFC cards to businesses as one-time purchases. This website presents the products; order and payment arrangements are agreed through direct contact. Requesting a quote does not itself place an order.
Quantity, design, link option, total price, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges, payment method and estimated delivery time are agreed in writing before order confirmation. Extra cards or separately requested work receive a separate quote; no extra charge applies without your agreement.
2. Design and production
Cards are adhesive and printed for your business. We agree your logo, colours, artwork and destinations before production. You are responsible for rights to supplied artwork and content. Sample designs are illustrative; your final design is prepared with you.
3. Two link options
A direct link writes your chosen web address to the NFC chip for the phone to open. Changing it may require reprogramming the card. An updateable link uses a permanent kktckart.com address to redirect to your chosen page. Request changes at info@kktckart.com; after verifying your authority, we update the destination without replacing the card. This option depends on the availability of the kktckart redirect service. Links have no monthly renewal or payment-status blocking.
4. Use, ownership and support
Use requires a compatible NFC phone, suitable settings and an internet connection. Creating or hosting destination pages and managing third-party services are not included unless separately agreed. Unlawful or harmful content and links are not permitted. Network, device or third-party interruptions can occur; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
The physical cards you purchase belong to you. Report problems to info@kktckart.com. Our cancellation and refund policy applies alongside these terms. These terms do not remove mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
