Does my customer need to download an app?
No. On a compatible NFC phone, the link opens in the browser. Some phones require NFC to be enabled and the on-screen notification to be tapped.
Which links can the card open?
Use web links to your menu, website, social profile, reviews, or booking page. Different cards in the same business can open different destinations.
Can I change the destination later?
With an updateable link, email us and we can change the destination without replacing your card. A direct-link card may need reprogramming for a new address. We will help you choose the right option when you order.
How are the cards customised?
We customise the card surface with your logo, colours, and design, and set the NFC destination to your chosen URL. We work with you throughout the design process.
Are the cards a one-time purchase?
Yes. You purchase your cards once. We discuss the design, quantity, link option and delivery details, and confirm your order total before production.
How do I place an order?
Email us with your idea. We will agree the quantity, design and link option, then prepare a quote. Once approved, we produce and deliver your cards.
